Underbite uses mostly postal services to deliver your orders.
We try our best to keep the costs down and do not look to profit from delivery charges.
we will update the costs on our website so it is visible for you to see before you commit to purchasing any of our great products. Using our third party delivery service is at your own risk as insurance is only added as requested.
we have copies of the tracking information should you ever require it. these copies are destroyed after 1 calendar month.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have done our best to keep our policies simple and fair for all.
Satisfaction is our aim for all our valued customers.
Making custom one off designs we will certainly accept returns for faulty products as determined by Underbite.
Please contact us prior to sending any items back for inspection.
Being one off custom designs we cannot guarantee to be able to supply the same design or product but will always do our best.
Underbite has several ways we can assist should the need arise.
We have store credits, refunds, resupply, should Underbite determine it is required by discussion with you our valued customers.
Please choose sizing etc wisely as any freight for swapping these items will be at your cost.
